SMS terms

Program: Tremont Coop 45Z Pre-Enrollment sign-in codes, sent by Tremont Cooperative Grain Co.

  1. When you enter your mobile number on tremont-45z.com and tap "Text me a code", you consent to receive a one-time passcode by SMS at that number. If you submit the request-access form, you consent to one message telling you your access is ready.
  2. Message frequency: one message per sign-in request. No recurring or marketing messages are sent under this program.
  3. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
  4. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After that you will not receive further messages, and you will need to call the Tremont office to sign in.
  5. For help, reply HELP or call the Tremont office at (309) 925-4981.
  6. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  7. Messages are delivered by Twilio on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for how your number is used.

Using this site

  • tremont-45z.com is provided by Tremont Cooperative Grain Co. for its patrons to pre-enroll farms in the 45Z clean fuel program and to record crop information for the current crop year.
  • Pre-enrollment is free. Submitting information on this site is an expression of intent and is not a binding agreement. Any actual enrollment is completed separately; you will be contacted by INCITE.AG to complete the full enrollment process.
  • You agree to enter information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and only for farms and accounts you are authorized to act for. Enrolling a farm records that choice for every account linked to that farm.
  • Sign-in codes are personal. Do not share a code with anyone.
  • The Cooperative may correct or update records, and may contact you to confirm details.
  • The site is provided as is. Tremont Cooperative Grain Co. is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from delayed or undelivered messages.
